Family Therapy


You don’t know the last time you laughed as a family. It seems yelling and arguing is the new normal. You would like to bring your family closer, but everyone is busy doing their “own thing”.

Families undergo many changes and transitions that often times disrupt their normal routines. Such transitions include a new baby, new job, moving to a new city, or divorce. Ultimately, the goal of family therapy is to helps families address such concerns and return to their normal selves.

For couples on their 2nd or 3rd marriages, they have an even greater risk of divorce. Marriage is a lot of thing, but easy is not one of them. There are many questions to consider including:

  2. What are your expectations about sex?
  3. Will you have children? How many?

Premarital counseling is a way for couples start their marriage with a strategy for the challenges they will surely face.
